Summary of Position:
TalentSphere is working with an established mid-sized Revit-based architecture specialized in non-residential projects. The firm does projects across Canada with top tier private clients; supports ongoing professional development and believes in promoting from within. You will be mentored by one of the senior leaders in the office; work alongside of a team of highly experienced architects, project managers, BIM specialists and technologist. Their ideal candidate has a car: wants to develop their contract administration skills and enjoys site visits.
What They Are Looking for:

• 2-4 years of full-time work experience and strong BIM/Revit skills
• Solid OBC skills; building science skills; good to have building permit, RFI, addendums & shop drawing experience
• Desire to learn new typologies; good attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or architectural technologist diploma from an accredited institution
• A Revit portfolio of mid sized commercial, retail, or school
• Knowledge zoning regulations & and industry standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong Revit & AutoCAD; knowledge of Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator a big plus
