Seeking an experienced cook with some ability to contribute to menu changes seasonally. We want your input.

Must be comfortable and able to:

  • Expedite food
  • Work the grill
  • Handle saucier, appetizers, and pizza stations
  • Switch between stations as needed

You will primarily work either the grill or saucier/pasta station. This position is five days a week, including some daytime prep hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing station staff
  • Completing food orders
  • Managing inventory

This is an Italian menu in a busy restaurant and bar.
