About Inspire Centre
Inspire Centre provides rehabilitation and support services for children and youth across the Districts of Cochrane and Temiskaming and the James Bay area. Through a family-centered approach, we help children and families access the care, education, and resources needed to reach their full potential.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
The Physiotherapist provides assessment, consultation, treatment planning, and intervention services to children and youth with rehabilitation needs related to gross motor development, mobility, and functional independence.
This role works closely with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to support positive outcomes for children and youth throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for children and youth
- Provide therapy focused on gross motor skills, mobility, and functional development
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners
- Supervise therapy assistants and support staff as needed
- Provide education and guidance to families and caregivers
- Participate in public awareness and community outreach activities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration and member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Clear Vulnerable Persons Screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric physiotherapy experience
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
