We are hiring a Sales Coordinator in Edmonton to support our sales teams and manage various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. With a “Can Do” attitude, this position will assist the Account Managers with all aspects of customer requirements to provide the best total solution unique to each customer's needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understanding of sales and marketing programs
- Schedule all orders with Production Scheduler to meet customer expectations
- Prepare files as required for Account Managers
- Provide telephone support to customers
- Assist Account Managers with invoicing issues
- Prepare and process sales orders and/or quotes received from Account Managers and customers
- Ability to research, prospect, identify and qualify clients that fit with our marketing strategies
- Identify shortcomings in customer's business process and through technical leadership, set us into a position of key supplier/partner
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to determine customer requirements and ability to follow through with commitments every time
- Ability to determine appropriate products or service to meet customer needs
- High level attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking ability
- Professional level of written skills
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or certificate from a technical college or design school (Asset)
- Industry related experience
- Experience using design software.
