About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, youll work closely with the Operations team on special projects and provide essential office support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Help organize the office environment by arranging workspaces, coordinating equipment, and ensuring a comfortable and organized workspace for employees
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to support daily operations
• Collaborate on special projects to improve operations and efficiency
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with ideas that address business challenges
• Provide support with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
• Experience with project management tools is an asset
• Must be available 23 days per week

Requirements

Proficiency in written and verbal English

Excellent product knowledge and strong interest in luxury designer brands

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively

Proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to balance analytical and creative tasks

Collaborative spirit and willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed

Internship Eligibility

This internship is intended for students seeking practical fashion industry experience and may qualify for student funding programs.

To be considered, candidates must:

Currently be enrolled in a college or university program

Be returning to their studies following the internship term

Be legally entitled to work in Canada

Internship Term

Internship duration: MayAugust 2026

Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
