Shipper / Receiver

Our client is looking to hire some shipper/receivers for their production facility in Aurora! This is a direct hire position, so you will be on our client's payroll from day 1! After a probationary period, you will be eligible for benefits, paid time off, and RRSP contributions!

Pay rate:

• $24/hour

Responsibilities include:

• Moving products and material by hand or with basic material handling equipment
• Enter packing slips into the ERP system daily
• Notify departments when products arrive
• Ensure products are packed and staged properly
• Support any inquiries from the customer service team regarding delivery and inventory
• Monitor inventory tasks

Requirements:

• Forklift certification in Counterbalance and Reach
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse and assembly type operation
• Completion of post-secondary education
• Strong computer skills - MS Office platform
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques such as:
  • One piece flow
  • 5S
  • Value stream mapping
