4Sight Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Coffee Technician for a successful and growing specialty coffee retailer / distributor.
Our client offers industry specific training, a fun and progressive work culture, competitive wage structure based upon performance and a comprehensive benefit package for the right person. This is a great position for someone mechanically inclined with a love for and interest in coffee products.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is a possibility.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The higher end of the salary range is possible with specific industry experience.
Benefits: Available after 3 months.
Vacation: 2 weeks during the first year. 3 weeks after first year.

Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and repair of home or commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinders.
- Adjust and replace ports and components of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Perform scheduled maintenance service.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to customer satisfaction.
- Completion of work order documents within company standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills (i.e. handyman or mechanic) is required.
- An interest and/or knowledge of coffee products is a strong asset.
- Experience repairing espresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not repetitive or constant).
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
