About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Client Partner to own and grow relationships across our key accounts in North America.

This role is responsible for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account retention and success, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while ensuring strong commercial performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients (CFOs, COOs, CIOs)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and account health

  • Own and lead the development of both weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes, translating client strategy into actionable delivery plans for internal teams.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on outcomes and value

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

  • Own account growth targets, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives

  • Drive contract renewals and long-term partnerships

  • Identify opportunities to expand into AI-driven solutions and new services

Commercial Ownership

  • Ensure invoices are aligned, tracked, and paid on time

  • Maintain visibility into account financial performance

  • Partner internally to ensure profitable and sustainable delivery

Internal Alignment

  • Act as the Voice of the Client internally

  • Partner with Functional and Technical teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Align client expectations with delivery capabilities and roadmap

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Client Partner, Account Management, or Consulting roles

  • Proven track record of growing and managing enterprise accounts

  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

  • Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders

  • Commercial mindset with revenue ownership experience

What Success Looks Like

  • The client's long-term strategic roadmap (annual and multi-year) is defined and actively progressing, securing them as a true partner to NetDynamic.
  • The assigned account portfolio achieves its annual recurring revenue (ARR) and expansion targets, validating the account's inherent scale.
  • Delivery teams operate with full clarity, free from scope creep and 'client noise'. The Client Partner is rarely or never pulled into day-to-day execution because internal/external expectations are proactively managed and codified.
  • The Client Partner's oversight ensures all client-facing deliverables are audit-ready, consistently high quality, and clearly articulate client value, securing demonstrable ROI for the client's business.
  • Critical account risk (e.g., financial underperformance, delivery slippage, relationship erosion) is flagged, escalated, and resolved before it becomes a crisis requiring Managing Partner intervention.
  • Strong alignment between client needs and internal delivery teams, with consistent and regular meeting schedules between client and NDI teams, and excellent working relationship with the NDI client delivery team(s).

This position is open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada. While our office is located in Toronto, we offer 100% remote work for those not based nearby.
