Our client is recruiting dynamic & team focused clinic directors to join their high-performance group of physiotherapy & sports clinics. The clinic director will oversee clinic operations, staff management, financial oversight and strategic growth. The clinic leader will ensure exemplary patient care and strong community presence. A thorough understanding of clinic operations and revenue models is required.

Key performance indicators include financial metrics, staff performance/turnover and patient feedback on clinic operations. Efficient clinic operations, staff utilization and cancellations rates per therapist are criteria measurements utilized to deliver high quality and effective treatment to the community. The clinic director shall carry a caseload and work under the guidance of the leadership team and foster team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and facility maintenance
  • Implement revenue maximizing protocols
  • Oversee clinic's financial viability and profitability
  • Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, performance review & mentorship
  • Ensure high level of patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with peers on marketing strategies to expand clientele
  • Supervise staff training programs and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligible for registration
  • Professional liability insurance required, available privately or through CPA
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience
  • Intermediate AIM certification, FCAMPT, dry needle or IMS or acupuncture without restriction
  • Management experience in a physiotherapy setting required
  • Business/leadership courses attained an asset

Remuneration & Benefits:

Employee Model

  • Ranging from 39%-42% per visit based on additional certifications
  • Includes $1,000 annual health spending account, $1,000 annual education budget, CPP & EI contributions, quarterly profit-sharing bonus eligibility
