Location: Greater Sudbury Area

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40–60 per week

Pay Rate: $44-$45/ hour + OT + Per diem + Work Truck

Our projects span across Ontario and Western Canada, including challenging and rewarding underground environments.

We're looking for a motivated 309A Licensed Electrician ready to expand their skills, work on unique projects, and grow with a company that values development, safety, and team success.

No underground experience? No problem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and service overhead door motors, operators, and control systems
  • Coordinate daily with service and install dispatch
  • Lead or assist crews on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Work independently and represent the company with professionalism
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality
  • Be open to occasional travel (approx. 20%) for Western Canada and underground projects

All necessary site-specific training is provided.

What We're Looking For:

  • 309A Electrician license or 4th year apprentice
  • 2+ years of electrical experience (construction or maintenance)
  • Mechanically inclined and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude with strong team and communication skills
  • Comfortable with heights, ladders, and working in dynamic environments
  • Committed to safety and high workmanship standards
