We are looking for candidates who are:

• Available full time long term
• Detail-oriented
• Have great communication skills
• Experienced in the customer service side of logistics or distribution

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Global logistics industry knowledge
• Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN (until at least the end of December 2024, preferably longer)
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
