The Role

We are looking for a skilled gardener or horticulturist who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader position for the right candidate.

Youll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-end residential landscapes, with a strong focus on plant health, garden care, and detailed, high-quality work.

What Youll Be Doing

• Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, planting, edging, mulching
• Monitoring plant health and soil conditions
• Installing and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and perennial gardens
• Identifying plant issues (disease, pests, deficiencies)
• Working with a team to deliver high-quality landscaping and gardening services
• Opportunity to lead a small crew and manage job sites
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
• Strong plant knowledge (perennials, shrubs, trees)
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license (preferred)
• Leadership experience (asset, not required)

Compensation

• $25$30/hour based on experience
