Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician (3–4+ years minimum) to join our team. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, install, service, and repair HVAC systems, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including wiring and controls
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and wiring diagrams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
