Construction General Labourers – Solar Panel Installation (GTA)

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Construction General Labourers to support an outdoor solar panel installation project across multiple sites in the GTA. This role requires a valid Working at Heights certification, as all tasks will be performed on flat rooftop surfaces. Work is weather-dependent, and the project involves installing approximately 1,500 solar panels across 9 sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Work safely on flat rooftop surfaces in varying weather conditions
• Deconstruct solar PVRA systems
• Dismantle, move, and organize materials as needed
• Stack materials on pallets and assist with general site logistics
• Support installers, technicians, and electricians
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Steel-toe safety boots required
• Hard hat and safety vest (bring your own if available; loaners provided onsite)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid Working at Heights certification is required
