We are looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. What you will do:
- As a brand ambassador you will be the primary contact for our service customers providing exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Ensure all customer visits are hassle free by preparing for their arrival in advance, ensuring all documentation has been prepared completely and correctly
- Greet customer, conduct active vehicle side service consultation, document any customer concerns, facilitate necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts and accessories
- Discuss all maintenance and repair details and recommendations. Ensuring open communication between the service department and the customer.
- Anticipate clients needs and provide helpful recommendations
- Drive rapport through relationship management
- Generate, process, and maintain documents in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Mercedes-Benz Burlington policies
At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.

- You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
- Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
