Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading, and wrapping goods.
• Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of the RMA process.
• Ensure the work environment is always organized and clean.
• Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization.
• Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse position.
• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift truck.
• Good communication skills; fluent language skills in English and preferred Chinese.
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and UPS Worldship are required, and networking product skills are preferred.
• Safety-oriented team player with the ability to manage work processes.
• A basic understanding of IT products, inventory, and RMA procedures is an asset.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• A dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing frequently.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
