Dock Worker

Integrated Staffing is hiring a Dock Worker/ Forklift operator on behalf of our client, a leading organization in Saint John NB. This full time role offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucksMove, stack, and organize pallets and freight within the warehouse/dock areaInspect freight for damage, proper labeling, and accuracy of ordersUse RF scanners or paperwork to track, verify, and document shipmentsSecure loads to prevent shifting, damage, or safety hazardsMaintain a clean and organized dock and warehouse spaceFollow all company policies, safety rules, and standard operating proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties as required (picking, packing, wrapping, etc.)Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisorsQualificationsValid forklift certificationPrevious experience in warehouse, dock, or material handling roles an assetAbility to safely load/unload trailers, containers, and palletsStrong knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures (WHMIS, PPE, etc.)Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsComfortable working in varying temperatures (cold storage, outdoor docks, etc.)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handlingReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamCompensation & DetailsHours: 20-30 hours per weekMonday to Friday 2pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday 4am to 12:30pm
