What Youll Do
- Lead engaging bi-weekly sales meetings (online or in-person)
- Provide 1:1 coaching sessions (30 mins each) for 6 sales reps
- Track performance, goals, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth & culture
- Experience in sales coaching, leadership, or training
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Organized, reliable, and motivational
- Comfortable working with metrics & performance tools
- Part-time (~10 hrs/week) with flexible hours
