Licensed Practice Nurse / Personal Support Worker

Tobique Child & Family Services Agency Inc. is seeking a dependable and skilled LPN or PSW to provide one-on-one support within our Headstart facility. This role focuses on daily care, safety, and monitoring while working closely with the Medical Coordinator and program staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and support during program hours
• Assist with feeding and regulated health tasks within scope
• Monitor wellbeing throughout the day, respond to medical needs as they arise and report concerns to the Medical Coordinator
• Follow care plans, safety protocols, and Headstart/Agency standards
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation
• Collaborate with program staff to maintain a safe and inclusive environment

Qualification:

• Active NB licensure as an LPN or completion of a recognized PSW program
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Clear Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, and Social Development Record Check
• Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working in a one-on-one setting
• Culturally grounded and able to work respectfully within a community setting
