Leveraging advanced technologies and collaborative strategies, the company partners with municipalities and utility providers to drive the shift toward modern subsurface utility management.

They are seeking a Senior Project / Construction Manager to join their growing team—someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills, thrives in complex utility projects, and has hands-on experience with subsurface infrastructure.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing field-based construction projects.
  • Previous experience with civil infrastructure projects such as water, sewer, or
  • drainage systems for municipalities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and direct crews.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Degree, or
  • Project Management Certificate a strong asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365/ Office
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and
  • subcontractors
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable presenting project updates and status reports.

Addtional information

  • Office-based role with client site visits as required
  • Compensation: CAD $110,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience
