About the Role:
BINX Professional Cleaning is growing and looking for a motivated and organized Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning team. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy leadership, take pride in high standards, and are looking for a long-term role with a supportive local company.
What You'll Do:

• Supervise evening cleaning staff and ensure all sites meet BINX quality standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed and support the team on-site.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Conduct daily inspections and report to management.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
• Secure buildings (keys, alarm codes) and complete shift reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cleaning and supervisory/management experience (required)
• Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clean criminal record (bondable)
• Available Monday–Friday evenings (5:00 p.m.), with every second weekend availability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and with a team
• Physically able to walk, bend, lift, and operate cleaning equipment
  

Full Canadian citizenship required for bonding purposes.
