About the Role:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our patients and clinical team. You will help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate care plans, and ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout their dental journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and compassion

• Explain dental procedures, costs, and insurance coverage

• Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment timelines

• Process insurance claims and handle financial arrangements

• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort and trust

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Collaborate with dentists and dental team members

• Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dental office coordination or patient relations preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
