As our Inside Sales - Life Safetyyou will be responsible to drive customer satisfaction, supporting our sales team across Atlantic Canada, and provide expert guidance on technical product selection.
What You'll Do:
- Providing a high level of customers satisfaction
- Assisting outside sales representatives across Atlantic Canada in fulfilling customer requests
- Analyzing and selecting technical products
- Ensuring high levels of internal and external customer service
- Being able to source specialized equipment,
- Negotiating with vendors and manufacturers when required
- Thriving in a quick sales cycle environment
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate account managers
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year experience working in a fast-paced industrial sales environment.
- Knowledge of fire and safety equipment and products for fire departments, industry, marine and oil and gas, and mining sites, would be considered an asset (Such equipment and products would include but not limited to; SCBA, fall protection, bunker gear, portable gas detection, life rafts, PPE, immersion suits, and fire nozzles).
