As an Independent Contractor partnered with BK's Business Group, you will have the opportunity to build your own business in the fast-growing mental wellness space — with step-by-step guidance from a certified Life & Performance Coach.

This is not a salaried job.
This is a business-building mentorship program for people who want purpose, flexibility, and income growth through service and leadership.

What You Will Do

• Learn and follow a proven mentorship system to build your business
• Share natural mental wellness solutions that support mood, focus, and stress resilience
• Build relationships through social media, networking, and virtual conversations
• Develop leadership skills through ongoing training and personal growth sessions
• Support others by guiding them through tools and resources (as you grow)
• Take consistent action to build flexible, sustainable income
• Work closely with a compassionate team of growth-minded entrepreneurs

• Able to dedicate 5–10 hours per week
• Smartphone/laptop and reliable internet
• Understands this is an independent contractor role, not a salaried job

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, coaching, sales, or entrepreneurship
• Passion for helping others and building community
• Strong communication skills
• Positive mindset and a willingness to grow personally and professionally
