General Labourer w/ Fall Protection

We are currently seeking hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team full-time, part-time, and casual with our client in Saint John and Area, NB.
If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a great crew, this could be the perfect fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting trades on site (carpenters, electricians, framers, etc.)
• General site clean-up and maintaining a safe, organized work area
• Loading, unloading, and moving building materials
• Helping with deliveries and material staging
• Assisting with tarping, boarding, and weather protection
• Operating basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
• Setting up and taking down jobsite equipment, barricades, and signage
• Supporting demolition, debris removal, and waste management
• Following all safety procedures and reporting any hazards
• Working collaboratively with the site crew and taking direction from supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

• Steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and safety vest (required)
• Must have valid Fall Protection Training
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset
• Must be able to work safely and follow all site regulations

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Casual – Day shifts
Pay: $18/hr + 4% vacation pay
