Pay Rate: $25.00–$26.00/hr

Shift: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, well-organized cold storage warehouse in Burlington, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown and Hyster Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers to move products safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care
• Perform order picking, shipping, and receiving, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas while following all safety protocols
• Complete narrow-aisle order picking safely and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience operating Crown or Hyster Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers
• Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -10°ree;C)
• Comfortable handling meat products (pork and beef)
• Valid external forklift license
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (MRP systems, scanning, shipment/receipt entry)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for the duration of the shift
