AZ Tanker Driver Needed ! Local, $33.43/Hr

We are looking for an experience and enthusiastic AZ tanker driver for our client out of Brantford, ON. This is a direct hire role with a competitive salary and benefits package. Job Specifics Local and cross-border trips - Home-daily ! (Daily cross-border runs to NY and MI) 6am start or earlier Monday to Friday during training period; once trained schedule shifts to Tuesday to Saturday Dedicated Day Cab Approx 60-70 hours per week 4-6 weeks of training Loading and unloading HCL (Hydrochloric Acid) and Spent Acid from trucks to railcars. - Hazardous Materials Loading and unloading is done with a 2-3" hose - Manual labour required, but no heavy lifting *Monitoring the loading with an attention to safety and detail at all times* Safety is top priority. They are looking for someone who will work efficiently and safely, no tight deadlines Qualifications Drivers MUST be safety oriented Minimum 3 Years verifiable AZ Experience Minimum 2 years of Tanker experience Experience Transporting Dangerous Goods - TDG Positive attitude - Someone to be the face of the company and work as an ambassador Clean Criminal Record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test FAST Card is an asset Current Clean Abstract and CVOR References required Detail Oriented Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English KEY SOFT SKILLS - Efficient, Reliable and Safe!
