The successful candidate will be assisting the Area Manager in scheduling, interviewing, dispatching, and processing payroll for Caregivers in client's homes. In the event that a front line shift cannot be filled with our assignment staff, the successful candidate will be required to cover front line shifts themselves. There will be weekend and evening on call on a rotating basis with other staff of the Company. Time off in lieu will be provided for this aspect of the position. You will be working with PSW's, DSW's, RN'S, and RPN's and their respective clients. While a current PSW certificate is preferred, having had one in the past is required as we will pay for re-certification. There are shifts that will need to be covered by the Area Coordinator if our caregivers are unable to attend to a client on short notice. Time off in lieu will be coordinated with your Manager. This person will also attend trade shows, information sessions, networking events and perform some general sales and marketing activities in order to help grow the business. Performing a needs analysis intake with clients will also be required.
