Position Overview: We are seeking a Fully Licensed Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing condominium corporations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while ensuring compliance with the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998 and other relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium corporations, including financial, administrative, and maintenance matters. Prepare budgets, manage accounts, and ensure accurate reporting to condominium boards. Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site staff to maintain property standards. Facilitate board meetings, annual general meetings, and communicate effectively with owners and board members. Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998, corporate governance policies, and applicable municipal regulations. Address and resolve resident inquiries, concerns, and conflicts promptly and professionally. Implement and maintain property management systems, records, and documentation.
