Production Assembler/Warehouse Associate

The Assembler is responsible for assembling a variety of lock products and components in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and quality standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring that Wesko Locks products are built efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet production goals and customer requirements. Assemble and test a variety of products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments Package finished products according to company requirements Maintain an organized and efficient workstation to support smooth production flow Communicate promptly with supervisors or team leads regarding shortages, defects, or production issues Assist in maintaining accurate production records and documentation Conduct in-process inspections and verify assembled products meet quality and performance standards Identify and report non-conforming materials or products to the appropriate department Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency Operate assembly tools and equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and training Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
