Junior Account Associate

We're looking for a Junior Account Associate to support our sales and insurance team.

You'll help with client outreach, basic policy tasks, and general office support while learning the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospects and help schedule appointments
• Gather simple client info for quotes
• Keep records of leads and client interactions
• Assist with follow-ups, renewals, and customer questions

Qualifications:

• No insurance or sales experience required — we provide training
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with customers and learning new systems
