Class One Deck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled LONG HAUL cross border Flat Deck truck Driver to join our team. Responsibilities

• Operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.
• Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure the truck remains in optimal working condition.
• Load Securement , strapping chaining and tarping loads is a must

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
• One year of confirmed OTR experience
• 6 months confirmed flat deck experience
• Clear drivers abstract , criminal check
• Experience with freight transportation and logistics is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of automotive repair is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
