We are looking for a reliable Building cleaner to work full-time and clean the common areas of a building located in the Toronto area. The postal code is M5R.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Day Shift

Scope of Work
- Cleaning, sanitize, and perform duties, including but not limited to: routine, deep and touch up cleaning, and maintenance of common space, hallways, stairways, laundry room, gym and pool area and office space in a multi residential building
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
- Empty garbage and recycle as required
- Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
- At least 2 years of residential move-in/move-out cleaning Experience/housekeeping/office/commercial cleaning (e.g. Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, etc.)
- Available to work according to the schedule mentioned.
- Ability to lift up to 25 Pounds weight.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Be reliable, professional, and be on time with strong attention to detail.
