Territory Manager
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our natural health products client to find a first-class Territory Manager to join their team in Toronto.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales growth for a portfolio of leading natural health brands within the food, drug, and mass retail channels—building strong relationships, executing promotional programs, and supporting retail success.

- Build and maintain strong business relationships with store and head office personnel.
- Identify new sales opportunities through data analysis, trend monitoring, and in-store insights.
- Negotiate promotional placements, shelf space, and merchandising initiatives to maximize visibility.
- Ensure timely execution of sales programs and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
- 5+ years of experience in territory or account management, ideally within the natural health or CPG sector.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with sales data tools (e.g., Nielsen) is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
