Were growing and were looking for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Client Service Advisor who thrives on helping people and creating an exceptional client experience. As the first point of contact in our automotive glass department, you'll play a vital role in delivering the WOW experience All-Brite is known for.

Whether assisting clients in person, over the phone, or online, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.

As a CSA at All-Brite, youll be empowered to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to helping people see clearly both through their glass and through an exceptional service journey.

Key Responsibilities What Youll Be Doing

Provide exceptional client service in-shop, by phone, email, and text
Create accurate quotes for windshields, auto glass, tint, and related services
Confidently sell and upsell products and services, explaining features and benefits
Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians
Check in clients and vehicles, gather accurate service details, and ensure a seamless experience
Process payments, invoices, and billing in our system
Clearly communicate service timelines, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and client lounge area
Support insurance inquiries, claims coordination, and documentation as needed
Contribute to a positive team environment where clients feel genuinely cared for

What Were Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

Experience in a client service, sales, or front-desk role (automotive or service industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
Strong communication skills confident on the phone and in person
Friendly, professional, and client-focused you genuinely love helping people
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Reliable, punctual, and accountable you take ownership of your work
Naturally calm, solutions-focused, and capable of handling pressure gracefully
Comfortable with computers, quoting systems, and digital communication tools
