Customer Service Advisor, AP/AR Floater

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor, AP/AR Floater to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries on the phone, or via electronic communication
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company's services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to resolve client issues and provide excellent customer service

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some working knowledge of AR/AP using Quick Books desktop
