Who we are
mobileLIVE is a tech-service provider unifying people, technology, and business to help brands grow and increase profitability.

Join our growth-driven culture and help us lead, innovate and simplify. We are looking for team members who embody our values:
  • Empathetic - you seek to understand before you solve and succeed
  • Innovative - you don't just live in the future, you invent it
  • Persevering - you start with tenacity and end with devotion
  • Reliable - you deliver what you promise
  • Inclusive - you believe we are stronger together than apart

The role

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Guru to work with our top-tier clients in the Retail industry. You will be an evangelist for value-based selling and will be driving Digital Transformation across our retail clients, helping them modernize customer experiences, optimize operations, and grow revenue.

You will

  • Improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth within the retail sector.
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current retail market conditions.
  • Identify potential new retail clients, engage decision-makers, present solutions, convert leads into long-term clients, and grow business over time.
  • Drive the creation of presentation materials and proposals that effectively showcase mobileLIVE's retail-focused solutions (e.g., omnichannel commerce, customer engagement platforms, inventory optimization).
  • Qualify and drive response initiatives to closure, maximizing revenue and strategic value for our organization.
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches tailored to retail challenges and opportunities.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Manage existing retail clients and ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and negotiating to a positive conclusion.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators in the retail space.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help close deals to meet targets.
  • Work with marketing to ensure prerequisites (e.g., vendor registration, pre-qualification) are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business to sell end-to-end solutions within the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of retail platforms, business models, digital solutions, and market trends.
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level while staying close to execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with seasoned presentation abilities.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, and product development within the retail services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals under pressure.
  • Sound business acumen and strategic thinking.
