• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to achieving agency goals and team success.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Experience:
  • Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, active listening)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable making presentations to potential customers
• Licensing:
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Life Insurance license (preferred or ability to obtain)
