- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including managing executive schedules, booking travel, event management, and overseeing key communications. Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring that corporate priorities are executed efficiently and aligned with the company's strategic vision.
- Leadership & Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and other C-suite executives to shape and implement the company's strategic vision. Facilitate the effective execution of corporate goals and objectives at the executive level via the the Advantage Leadership Group (ALG).
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency across the global executive team by developing and implementing best practices, and standardized processes
- Global Coordination: Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that span multiple regions and time zones, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and timely execution.
- Collaboration: Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Executive teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Board Meetings: Collaborate with the Board Secretary and CEO to ensure that Board meetings and outputs are professional, well-organized, and aligned with corporate governance standards
- Administration: Manage Office administration, wellbeing, and leasing for the Toronto office.

- Experience in an administrative role reporting directly to executive management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information
