Licensed Aesthetician – Royal York Spa

Position Overview
Royal York Spa is seeking a Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, delivers exceptional guest service, and is confident handling both treatment-room and front-desk responsibilities. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a luxurious spa experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional aesthetic services, including facials, exfoliation treatments, skin analysis, and other spa skincare procedures in accordance with licensing and spa protocols.

• Recommend personalized skincare regimens and products based on client needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment following spa standards and hygiene regulations.

• Perform front-desk duties as needed, including booking appointments, processing payments, answering phone calls, and greeting guests.

• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and ensure each guest feels welcomed and cared for.

• Keep accurate client records and treatment notes.

• Stay up-to-date with skincare trends, products, and techniques.

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Current and valid aesthetician license.

• Fluent, spoken English with strong communication and hospitality skills.

• Knowledge of skincare, professional products, and treatment protocols.

• Front desk or receptionist experience (spa or hospitality setting preferred).

• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa environment.

• Sales experience or comfort recommending products and add-on services.

• Familiarity with spa booking software.
