Retail Shift Supervisor

Integrated Staffing is currently hiring a Shift Supervisor for our client in Saint John, NB. This position plays an important role in coordinating store operations, supporting management, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Your leadership will help maintain a positive work environment and contribute to reducing losses, maximizing sales, and promoting a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all guests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support store operations through sales, production, and merchandising tasks.
• Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts.
• Open and close the store, including completing daily reports and balancing transactions.
• Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and monitoring new employees.
• Maintain high standards in displays, promotions, marketing, and overall presentation.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts:
  • 8:00am–4:30pm
  • 9:30am–6:00pm
  • 11:00am–7:30pm
• Steel toe boots required (uniform and safety vest provided).
• Reliable, organized, and motivated to contribute to team success.
