?? Finance & Reporting
  • Manage operational revenues and expenses.

  • Ensure proper collection procedures for accounts receivable.

  • Complete required reporting accurately and on schedule.

  • Ensure all workplace legislative requirements are followed, including Health & Safety practices.

?? Maintenance & Building Standards
  • Regularly inspect the property and coordinate repairs, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.

  • Approve maintenance work and monitor vendor performance.

  • Assist with building cleanliness (including occasional vacuuming/painting as required).

  • Complete monthly fire, generator, and safety checks.

  • Ensure landscaping, snow removal, and overall aesthetics meet company standards.

  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.

What You Bring
  • College diploma or university degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housing, leasing, property management, administration, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and problem-solve effectively.

  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide and support staff.
