As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You will play a key role in helping us consistently exceed the expectations of our customers and clients by delivering a superior customer service experience. The ideal candidate for this position must be fully bilingual in French and English.


Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
  • Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate manner
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
  • Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
  • Ensure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premises
  • Keep customer service booth tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver an efficient customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is required
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
  • Flexible to work weekends and other shifts, when needed
  • Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well alone an as within a team-oriented environment

  • Bilingualism (English and French) mandatory
