Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 Annually (Plus performance bonus)

Position Summary

The Automotive Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role as the final point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for ensuring that every customer has a seamless, professional, and memorable vehicle delivery experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing world-class customer service. You will act as the customer's technology expert and final administrative guide, ensuring they drive off fully knowledgeable and satisfied with their new vehicle purchase.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Coordination & Scheduling:

o Collaborate closely with the Sales and Finance teams to finalize delivery dates and times.

o Communicate proactively with customers to confirm appointments and prepare them for the delivery process.

o Manage the delivery calendar efficiently to prevent delays or overlaps.

2. Administrative Finalization:

o Review all final sales and finance paperwork with the customer, ensuring accuracy and clarity on all documents (licensing, registration, service contracts, etc.).

o Collect final payments and process any required ICBC/regulatory forms.

3. Vehicle Orientation & Technology Expert:

o Conduct a personalized, comprehensive walk-through of the new vehicle's features, including infotainment systems, safety technologies, and driver assistance systems.

o Assist customers with pairing their mobile devices, setting up connected services, and demonstrating key vehicle functions.

o Explain the vehicle's warranty, service schedules, and owner's manuals.

4. Quality Control:

o Inspect the vehicle prior to delivery to ensure it has been thoroughly cleaned, detailed, fueled, and has no residual issues (e.g., floor mats installed, proper plate setup).

o Ensure the physical handover is executed with a celebratory and professional atmosphere.

5. Post-Delivery Follow-up:

o Conduct follow-up communication (call or email) within 48 hours of delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction and address any immediate questions.

o Assist in driving positive customer reviews and testimonials.

Qualifications and Skills

· 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with modern technology and a strong aptitude for learning complex vehicle systems.

· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
