We are looking for a persuasive and resourceful Sales Representative to effectively present and sell Seaford products to physicians, retail pharmacists, hospitals, and other targeted health professional customers. The successful candidate will be provided with a large amount of training, continuous mentorship but is required to come to the table with strong self-starter skills, participate in driving change and further team growth and achievement. Product and Clinical Expertise * Develop in-depth knowledge of Seaford's broad portfolio, including clinical evidence, competitive differentiation, and positioning * Translate scientific and clinical data into meaningful value propositions tailored to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail buyers * Successfully complete all mandatory training and ongoing certification programs Customer Engagement and Relationship Building * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including GPs, hepatologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, OBGYNs, retail pharmacists, and pharmacy category managers * Deliver compelling, needs-based sales presentations and in-store discussions that highlight clinical, patient, and commercial value * Partner with cross-functional teams on category growth, merchandising, and OTC and BTC promotional strategies * Drive pull-through demand by influencing prescriber recommendations, retail stocking decisions, and consumer purchase behavior Territory and Business Management * Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve territory sales targets and market share objectives * Segment and prioritize customers using data-driven insights to optimize coverage and frequency * Manage territory budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI * Implement pull-sales strategies, ensuring product demand generated in clinics and through patient education translates into retail movement Market Intelligence and Strategic Input * Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends in the OTC and BTC space * Provide actionable feedback to Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Leadership to inform brand strategies * Identify local business opportunities, partnerships, and unmet needs Communication and Reporting * Maintain timely and accurate CRM records including call activity, customer notes, and territory performance * Prepare and submit regular territory updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations * Participate actively in regional and national sales meetings, contributing insights and best practices Professional Conduct and Development * Represent Seaford with professionalism, integrity, and credibility in all customer and industry interactions * Uphold company standards regarding appearance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with policies * Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to establish personal development goals, enhancing both sales capability and career growth Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, or related field * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in OTC, BTC, or supplementation markets * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong HCP and retail relationships * Demonstrated expertise in pull-sales execution including building prescriber advocacy, driving consumer demand, and ensuring retail pull-through * Solid understanding of retail pharmacy dynamics, formulary access, and in-store promotional levers * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Comfort with frequent travel within the territory with valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle If you are the successful candidate, this Company can offer you learning / growth opportunities and the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals.
