A modern, fast-paced dental practice in North Vancouver is looking for a Lead Certified Dental Assistant. The office is located in Lower Lonsdale, right across the sea bus, 15min from downtown Vancouver.
This exciting opportunity blends clinical and leadership roles, offering significant responsibilities and ample room for growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the manager and multiple doctors, managing CDA schedules and overseeing supply orders across two locations.
Schedule- Mondays through Thursdays (32-40 hours per week)
- Fridays and weekends may be required based on the candidates availability and office needs.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are clinical days (~9 clinical days per month).
- Mondays and Wednesdays are administrative days.
- Provide chairside support for general, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures.
- Manage the CDA schedule.
- Order supplies for both locations while staying within a set budget.
- Collaborate with the clinic manager on workflow and team efficiency.
- Support the training and mentorship of other CDAs.
- Work with digital systems, including iTero, Invisalign, Curve, and CEREC.
- Provide occasional front desk support when needed.
- Wage: $37-$40 per hour, based on experience and meeting the requirements below.

- Certified Dental Assistant under the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP).
- Minimum of two years of experience as a clinical CDA.
- Imaging experience must include iTero scanning and CEREC.
- Must be familiar with crowns and bridges, orthodontic procedures, and Invisalign.
- Knowledge of basic front desk procedures.
- The right candidate must live within 40 minutes of North Vancouver, whether by transit or car.
- Experience with Curve software.
- Orthodontics and Prosthodontics modules.
- Communication: Strong skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and professional.
- Adaptability: Open to learning and asking questions, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and shift focus as needed.
- Teamwork: Flexible and willing to work with different providers and jump in wherever needed.
