Our member is looking to hire an In-House Sales Rep & Warehouse Coordinator for their company in Brantford, ON.
Position – In house Sales Rep & Warehouse Coordinator

Reports to: Service Manager or assign supervisor by Service Manger
Position Overview: Focusing on the retail sector, this role will act as the primary point of contact for store-level customers at the major grocery chains.
The inside sales rep & warehouse coordinator will --
  • Handle the preparation and communication of quotes for existing customers, utilizing field personnel to collect required information while handling the primary customer interactions through the sales process.
  • Be required to understand the organizational structure at their assigned accounts to effectively coordinate activities with the account managers.
  • When required, focus on calling customers to generate new leads for quotes and service calls.
  • Have a strong Ability to work within a team environment and have high attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Have strong communication skills and a high level of organization with a passion for learning new things.
  • A strong work ethic and good attitude must be present by the inside sales rep and warehouse manager.
Responsibilities
  • Developing estimates, quotes for incoming leads and closing sales
  • Building relationships with key individuals at existing Frost accounts
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Coordinating with field personnel to collect required information to prepare quotes
  • Escalating sales leads to account managers when required
  • Coordinating sales activities with account managers for their respective accounts
  • Tracking and organizing sales opportunities
  • Coordinating job setup and execution
  • Expanding the digital presence on maintenance platforms such as Verisae
  • Marketing Efforts to improve increase retail revenue
  • Any other assign tasks from the service manager
  • Update stock lists at shop, yard, and off-site inventory locations
  • Completing purchase orders requests to maintain stock levels
  • Organize and maintain a clean shop, yard, assigned jobsites and service vehicles
  • Disassembly old/return parts to maximize re-sale of used parts
  • Restock excess material to maximize re-sale
  • Prepare orders, picking parts and organizing materials for pickup by field personnel
  • Restock service vehicles as required
KPI's
  • 5 quotes sent per week working with Field Personal
  • At a minimum 20 follow-up phone call from service calls and other actives
  • Complete weekly report by Friday at 4:30PM
  • Development 1 new marketing initiative per month
  • Quarterly Inventory Count
  • Offload Inventory and stock shop
  • Pick orders when requested from construction and service
  • Order Parts for stock and jobs when requested
  • Assist Account managers with quotes when requested
  • On-Call once a month for a week
Working Hours:
  • Office Hours Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
