Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly Sales Associate who loves working with kids and can also take charge of our social media. This role combines customer service, online order management, and creating content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Duties
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment for families and children
- Assist parents and kids in choosing electric cars, outfits, and seasonal products
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Manage in-store questions, returns, and general customer service
Online & Social Media Duties
- Manage our Facebook and Instagram pages (posting, replying to messages, updating products)
- Take photos and short videos of new arrivals and store activities
- Create engaging posts, reels, or stories to promote sales and events
- Respond to customer inquiries online in a professional and friendly manner
- Help with processing online orders and coordinating pickups/shipping
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in a family-oriented business is a strong asset
- Comfortable using social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills for handling online orders
- Retail experience is an asset but not required — we can train the right person
