Are you mechanically inclined and passionate about hands-on work that makes a real impact? We're partnering with a leading North American provider of eco-friendly water and beverage solutions that's helping reduce plastic waste and improve access to clean, filtered water.
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of water filtration systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers for commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering great customer service, and solving technical challenges in the field.
What You'll Do

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on water filtration and beverage equipment.
• Routinely replace filters, clean and sanitize systems, and check for leaks or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Provide professional, friendly service—explaining product functionality and answering customer questions.
• Complete assigned service routes efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with supervisors, customer service, and dispatch teams as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies related to tools, vehicles, and equipment use.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade or technical school background an asset).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a field technician or in a mechanical/technical service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be located in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver to Surrey area) or willing to relocate.
