This role will report to the SVP of Sales & Wealth Services and play a critical part in driving insurance revenue growth and enhancing operational excellence within our wealth services platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO Advisor Enablement & Sales Support
- Develop and lead strategies that support advisors in positioning life insurance as part of holistic financial planning.
- Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and product teams to deliver advisor-centric tools, training, and resources.
- Streamline new business workflows to reduce friction and improve turnaround times for advisors and clients.
- Oversee life insurance operations including new business processing, underwriting coordination, policy issuance, and servicing.
- Ensure operational processes are optimized for advisor efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Implement digital solutions that enhance advisor experience and support business growth.
- Partner with financial planning, wealth management, and insurance product teams to align business capabilities with strategic priorities.
- Support the development and rollout of insurance specialists to support advisor sales, insurance campaigns, advisor education programs, and planning tools.
- Champion the adoption of digital platforms, e-applications, and CRM integrations that support advisor workflows.
- Lead transformation initiatives to modernize systems and improve data accessibility for advisors.
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on advisor service excellence and operational agility.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in life insurance operations, with a strong focus on advisor distribution and financial planning integration.
- Deep understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and financial advisor business models.
- Proven ability to lead operational transformation and deliver measurable improvements in advisor experience and business outcomes.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, and advisor enablement tools is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
